Health

  • I get adequate sleep (8 hours a night is best).
  • Right now, I am not tired.
  • I exercise every day. (At least 30 mins of quick walking)
  • Right now, I feel fit and strong.
  • I have a healthy diet (Mainly vegetarian is best).
  • Right now, I am not hungry.

Sensations

  • Right now, I see no repulsive sights.
  • Right now, I hear no repulsive or painful sounds.
  • Right now, the air smells clear or pleasant.
  • Right now, I am not too hot or too cold.
  • Right now, I am not in physical pain.
  • Right now, I am free from illness.

Summary

  • Does my body feel good right now?
